As a French Navy officer aboard its newest frigates, I ran the communications — satellite links and radios — and kept the on-board servers and computers running. That's where you learn discipline, and how to stay calm when a system simply has to work. These days, what I really enjoy is helping people around me: sorting out the problem, taking the time to explain it, and leaving you able to handle things yourself. No big speeches, no jargon — just simple fixes that work.

How much does a diagnosis cost?
Nothing. We identify the problem together, with no obligation, and I give you a clear price before any work starts. If the fix takes five minutes or just some advice, I'll tell you — that one's free.
Do you come to my place?
Yes, in Turin and the surrounding area, with everything I need — you carry nothing. And anything that doesn't need me on site, we sort out remotely, often in under an hour.
Is remote help actually safe?
Yes. I only take control of your computer with your consent and in front of you, through a secure tool. The session closes at the end, with no leftover access. You stay in control the whole time.
Does my data stay confidential?
Always. Your files, passwords and information are never kept longer than needed and never resold. For drive recovery I work on a copy — your original drive is never put at risk.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually the same day, and 7 days a week by phone for emergencies like a hacked account or a failing drive.
How does payment work?
The price is agreed before the work, never after. You pay once it's done, with no hidden fees and no forced subscription.
